Your curtains are made to your own measurements. Here is what happens between your order and your delivery.
Because every curtain is cut and made to your measurements, it can take up to 7 working days for your order to be ready to ship. Each curtain is cut and sewn to the measurements you gave us.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, your tracking number is emailed to you automatically. There is nothing you need to do before then.
If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and make sure the email address on your order is correct.
Delivery is free. Which courier brings your order depends on where it is going.
