If your item arrives damaged, get in touch right away and we will take care of it as quickly as we can. You choose whether you would rather have a refund or a replacement curtain.
To cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that we start making your curtains to measure.
Cancel within 12 hours of ordering and you get a full refund. Depending on your payment method it can take a few business days for the money to reach your account.
Standard, non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your own expense, and items must come back unused and in their original packaging.
Because every curtain is cut and sewn to the sizes you give us, made-to-measure orders cannot be returned once production has started. This is why we ask you to check your measurements carefully, and why the 12-hour cancellation window matters.
You can still return them if they do not match the description or arrive damaged.
