Your curtains are made to your own measurements. Here is what happens between your order and your delivery.
Because every curtain is cut and made to your measurements, it can take up to 7 business days for your order to be ready to ship. Each curtain is cut and sewn to the measurements you gave us.
As soon as your parcel is on its way, your tracking number is emailed to you automatically. There is nothing you need to do before then.
If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and make sure the email address on your order is correct.
Delivery is free and customs duties are included, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Your order is sent by Canada Post, UPS or FedEx, depending on the size of the parcel and your address.
The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email takes you straight to the carrier's own tracking page.
