12.1 — Goods must be as described and of satisfactory quality
Everything we sell you must match the description, images and specifications shown on our website, and must do what curtains of this kind are normally expected to do. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable federal or state consumer protection law.
12.2 — What you can ask for
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer. After that period we will still do our best to help: write to us and we will look at the problem with you.
12.3 — What is not covered
These rights do not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by not following the care instructions supplied, accidental damage, or use other than that for which the product is intended. Machine washing a curtain that is marked dry clean only falls into this category.
Your statutory rights apply whatever any additional commercial guarantee may say, and are not affected by it.
12.4 — Making a claim
To make a claim, contact our customer service team at our email address, quoting your order number and describing the problem. Photographs are helpful wherever possible.
Any complaint should be sent in writing to our email address. We aim to reply within 24 hours and to resolve matters directly wherever we can.
If we cannot settle a complaint between us, you may be able to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. ADR is a way of resolving disputes without going to court. We are not currently signed up to a particular ADR scheme, but we will not unreasonably refuse to take part in one where a complaint cannot otherwise be resolved.
Nothing in these terms affects the rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Standard, non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Where the reason for return is our error, we cover the return postage. To return an item, complete the cancellation form

Each curtain is cut and sewn to the specifications you provide, and cannot be resold. This exception applies to custom-made goods and does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or does not match its description.
Delivery
Delivery itself normally takes around 5 working days. Depending on the destination, your order is delivered by one of our courier partners. Delivery across the United States is free.
Our made-to-measure soundproof curtains take around 3 to 5 working days to produce. Other products are usually dispatched within 24 hours.
