Thank you for choosing Sound Escape for your soundproof curtains needs! As we always strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience, we have developed a clear policy regarding returns and refunds for our products. Please read the points below carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

  1. Quality Issues or Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving these issues to ensure your satisfaction. You will receive either a refund or a new curtain, depending on your choice.
  2. Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by calling us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we begin production and it is therefore not possible to cancel the order. Be sure to contact us as quickly as possible if you have any concerns or changes to make.
  3. Refunds: If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, a full refund will be granted. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your payment method.
  4. Returns: The right of withdrawal is 14 days after receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, fill out this form and send it to contact@sound-escape.co:

For our custom soundproof curtains, one of the following conditions must be met for a return to be possible:

  • The curtain has a quality defect or arrived damaged
  • We made a mistake and did not deliver the exact curtain model ordered (dimensions, colour, attachment type, special request…)
  • Your curtain does not match the description

Rest assured that this type of situation almost never happens, and that we carry out a thorough quality control before your order is dispatched.

We cannot accept returns if you have made a mistake when ordering. Indeed, each curtain is made to the customer’s unique specifications (including centimeter-perfect drop selection), making it impossible to resell or reuse for another order.
