We are committed to resolving these issues to ensure your satisfaction. You will receive either a refund or a new curtain, depending on your choice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order Cancellation<\/strong>: If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by calling us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we begin production and it is therefore not possible to cancel the order. Be sure to contact us as quickly as possible if you have any concerns or changes to make.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Refunds<\/strong>: If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, a full refund will be granted.
